What we collect, why, where it lives, and how to get rid of it.
What we collect
About your business: its name, city and neighbourhood, the category you fall under, and public information about it — your Google Business Profile, your public reviews, and your website.
About you: your email address, and your staff member’s if you invite one. Payment details go directly to our payment processor; we never see or store a card number.
What AI says: the full text of every answer we receive, stored exactly as produced. This is the bulk of what we hold, and it is what lets you check any number in your report.
We do not run advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not build a profile of you across other websites. The cookies below are the only ones we set.

Who else sees it
To ask a question, we send that question to the AI. The question contains your city and your category — it does not contain your email, your account, or anything you have told us privately.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use one client’s answers to advise another beyond the aggregate category averages shown in every report.
Our own staff can open your panel to help you with it. When one does, a banner says so for as long as it lasts, the session ends by itself after thirty minutes, and every switch is recorded. Nobody else can see your account.
The companies we use, by category. We name them individually to any customer who asks — email us and we will send the current list — rather than publishing our own infrastructure for anyone to read.

How long we keep it
Stored answers are kept for as long as your account exists, because the historical record is what makes a trend meaningful — a report is only useful next to the ones before it.
If you cancel, your reports stay downloadable. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your business record, your answers and your reports within 30 days, and tell you when it is done. Records we are required to keep for tax and accounting — an invoice, for instance — are kept for as long as the law requires and nothing else is done with them.
Your rights
Ask us for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email milad.b@recomlinked.com and a person will do it — there is no form to find. We answer within 30 days.
We are based in Canada and subject to PIPEDA. If you are in the EU or UK, we honour GDPR requests on the same terms. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or to your own supervisory authority.
Your data is stored and processed in Canada and the United States by the providers listed above.
